Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are what make Nismo Fiesta possible. This year, we are opening volunteer signups earlier to better assist our current staff and enhance the event experience for all attendees. Each volunteer is greatly valued and encouraged to utilize their unique skills and experience to help the entire team.

Friday Night

  • 6:30-7pm: Check-in & T-shirt¬†Pick-up (1-2)
  • 7-10pm: Photographer/Videographer (1-2)

Saturday

  • Hill Country Cruise Group Leaders (10+)
  • HCC Passenger Photographer (1)
  • HHC Check-in & Group Assignment (1)
  • HCC Merchandise Pick-up/Store ¬†(1)
  • Merchandise Pick-up/Store (1-2)

Sunday

  • 6-9am: Car Show Setup (unlimited)
  • 9am-12pm: Event Entry (2-4)
  • 9am-12pm: Registration/Check-in (2)
  • 9am-12pm: Parking Assistants (3-5)
  • AM/PM Shifts: Merchandise Store (3-5)
  • AM/PM Shifts: Assistants, Runners & Sponsor Liaisons for event officers (3)
  • AM/PM Shifts: Security Monitors (5+)
